Gary J. Ross is the managing partner of Ross Law Group, PLLC, a securities law boutique in New York City. Gary has advised hundreds of companies in regard to Regulation A+ and Regulation Crowdfunding offerings. Before founding Ross Law Group, Gary worked at Sidley Austin and the Department of the Treasury. Gary is an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School, where he teaches contract drafting, and is a consultant to the World Bank, which he advises as to legal issues regarding venture capital. Gary has been quoted in articles in MarketWatch, Corporate Counsel, Bloomberg Businessweek, The New York Times and the Associated Press. Gary is also the host of the American Bar Association podcast VC Law.
